If Scrumble is installed on a new or additional device, the bought packages have to be restored. The restore function is in the settings and is called “Restore Purchases”. It is important that you use the same Apple ID (iOS) or the same Google Account (Android) that was used when the package was bought. Afterwards, the purchases should be available immediately.
